How accurate is the Chargr Score?+
Our model is calibrated against 47,000+ verified pack scans across 30+ EV models. The Standard Scan delivers a Score with ±6 point confidence; the Deep Diagnostic narrows it to ±2.
Do I need to be present for the assessment?+
No. As long as the vehicle is unlocked and at 40–80% state of charge, our technician can complete a Standard Scan in ~30 minutes. You'll receive the report by email and on your dashboard.
Will the scan void my warranty?+
Never. Chargr uses non-invasive OBD-II protocols identical to those used by manufacturers. We do not flash firmware or modify any vehicle settings.
Where do you operate?+
On-site mobile service is currently live across the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton, with Ottawa and Montreal launching Q3 2026. The Chargr App and Charger Map cover all of North America.
